SHIPPING:

We use FedEx Ground services to ship our products. We include free shipping and insurance with the majority of our products. If the shipping box appears to be damaged, take photographs for record and contact your local FedEx.

RETURN POLICY:

It is very rare that we have returns on our products because all of our products go through a quality control check before they are shipped to the customer. All guitars are properly set-up before they are shipped. In the case that you absolutely dislike one of our products, you have 7 business days from the point you receive the product(s) to contact us about returning the product(s). As the customer, you will cover the costs of the return shipment.  You will also insure that the product is properly packed and insured with the shipping provider you choose. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund.
